Wiggle Butt

Hi there love!

Well, it took me a little longer to write to you again, but it's not for lack of thinking of you! We did have our initial ultrasound and you looked just great! I'm actually going for my next (20 week) ultrasound with you tomorrow! You've already come such a long way from my previous post. You're quite the wiggle butt now and I've been feeling you consistently for about the past week now! Even Daddy's been able to feel you, which makes him so happy. I can't wait to be able to see you again!

The ultrasounds here are kind of a jip compared to the ones in Regina. I'm hoping I'll still be able to get some good pictures of you to take home... that or I'm going to have to convince Daddy to go to a special for-fun ultrasound to see you again. Still not sure if I'll be going for another one after this or not, so it may potentially be the last time I see you until you're born!

The new house is coming along, but still has a ways to go. It looks like it's going to be a close call whether you or the house will be ready to join the family first! It's a race I don't mind the house winning, just FYI.

I've added the picture from April 6th's 12 week ultrasound for now... hoping to have another one follow shortly!

Until tomorrow, sending all our love (and pokes while we try to feel you moving around)!

Hello Tiny!

Hello there Tiny!

Well, today I'm 9 weeks along with you and I swear I felt you (or something to do with you like my uterus) move last night! I was squishing you (sorry), as I was leaning over and I felt all sorts of little flippies that I wouldn't know what else to attribute them to!

Your Daddy and I knew we wanted to start trying for you once we made the big move back to Manitoba and it didn't take long! We're so excited to have you on the way and I pray that you stay nice and snuggled for thirty-some more weeks!

Right now Daddy, Torin, and I are all staying with Grams (and technically Gramps... though he's still in North Carolina right now) while we wait for our house to be built in Balmoral! We should be in there for about a month before you're born... so my fingers are crossed that everyone sticks to their respective timelines!

That's about it for now. I'll probably write to you again once I go for my first ultrasound to see you! It's set for April 6th... so in two weeks. I'll be 11 weeks by then, so I'm hoping to get a good shot of you!

For now I'll sign off, but know I'm thinking of you, loving you, and praying for you always.

P.S. Daddy loves to say goodnight to you every night.

Love always,

Mama
